System of Computerized Government Administrative Activities

1. Copyright and Ownership

All copyrights for SYSCGAA are reserved by the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils, and Local Government of Sri Lanka. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of SYSCGAA or its components is strictly prohibited.

2. System Usage

SYSCGAA is intended for use by authorized government staff only. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and not share access with unauthorized individuals.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

GPS Location: Collected for administrative accountability.
Camera Access: Required for identity verification and profile pictures.
Daily Activities: Task assignments, completion status, and work hours are recorded.
Leave Management: Leave requests, approvals, and balances are stored.

4. Staff Responsibilities

Staff must accurately record daily activities, submit leave requests on time, and ensure the accuracy of all entered information.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely. The Ministry is committed to protecting user data and implementing appropriate security measures.

6. Use of Collected Data

Data may be used for performance evaluations, resource allocation, and other administrative purposes.

7. System Modifications

The Ministry reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of SYSCGAA without prior notice.

8. Compliance with Laws

Use of SYSCGAA must comply with all applicable Sri Lankan laws, regulations, and internal government policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Amendments to Terms

These terms may be amended from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes.
