SYSCGAA: Terms and Conditions
System of Computerized Government Administrative Activities
By using the System of Computerized Government Administrative Activities (SYSCGAA), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Copyright and Ownership
All copyrights for SYSCGAA are reserved by the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils, and Local Government of Sri Lanka. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of SYSCGAA or its components is strictly prohibited.
2. System Usage
SYSCGAA is intended for use by authorized government staff only. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and not share access with unauthorized individuals.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
GPS Location: The system will collect and store GPS location data of staff members during location-based activities. This data will be used for administrative and accountability purposes.
Camera Access: SYSCGAA requires camera access to verify staff identity and capture profile pictures. Users consent to provide this access when prompted.
Profile Pictures: Staff members are required to provide and maintain an up-to-date profile picture for identification purposes.
Daily Activities: The system will record and store data related to staff's daily office activities, including but not limited to task assignments, completion status, and work hours.
Leave Management: SYSCGAA will process and store leave-related information, including leave requests, approvals, and balances.
4. Staff Responsibilities
Daily Activity Reporting: Staff members are required to accurately record their daily office activities in SYSCGAA.
Leave Requests: All leave requests must be submitted through SYSCGAA. Staff are responsible for ensuring their leave requests are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies.
Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the system, including daily activities and leave-related data.
5. Data Storage and Security
All data collected through SYSCGAA, including GPS locations, photos, personal information, daily activity reports, and leave records, will be stored securely. The Ministry is committed to protecting user data and will implement appropriate security measures.
6. Use of Collected Data
Data collected through SYSCGAA, including daily activity reports and leave records, may be used for performance evaluations, resource allocation, and other administrative purposes.
7. System Modifications
The Ministry reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of SYSCGAA without prior notice.
8. Compliance with Laws and Policies
Use of SYSCGAA must comply with all applicable Sri Lankan laws, regulations, and internal government policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Amendments to Terms
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes.
