System of Computerized Government Administrative Activities
By using SYSCGAA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Copyright and Ownership
All copyrights for SYSCGAA are reserved by the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils, and Local Government of Sri Lanka.
2. System Usage
SYSCGAA is intended for use by authorized government staff only.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
GPS Location, Camera Access, Daily Activities, and Leave Management data are collected and stored.
4. Staff Responsibilities
Staff must accurately record daily activities and submit leave requests on time.
5. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely with appropriate security measures.
6. Use of Collected Data
Data may be used for performance evaluations and resource allocation.
7. System Modifications
The Ministry reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of SYSCGAA.
8. Compliance with Laws
Use must comply with all applicable Sri Lankan laws and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Ministry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
10. Amendments to Terms
These terms may be amended from time to time.
